Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (FNP/PA) licensed in Texas to provide primary care across in-office, testing centers, and occasional tele-health visits. You will participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care setting with patients of all ages.
• State license in Texas obtained by start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers; occasional tele-health visits.
• Weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities for ongoing education.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures; credentialing for virtual care in additional states.
