Qualifikationen

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Basic understanding of English to follow safety directions.
• Ability to work overtime including weekends/holidays with little notice.

Aufgaben

• Prepare outgoing permit and metered mail by reviewing date, postage, and barcodes.
• Communicate errors and detect bad barcodes in mail/packages.
• Troubleshoot and clear mail piece jams from machines.
• Monitor quality of mail/packages before processing and before dispatch.
• Follow QMS practices to ensure output quality (date, weight, barcodes, postage, etc.).
• Understand USPS labels and prep requirements for sorting mail.
• Ensure sorter and related equipment operate properly.
• Assist with inbound/outbound processing and SLA adherence.
