Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Caseyville, IL is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care, and collaborate with facility staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, document evaluations and progress notes, and educate patients and families on injury, progress and expected outcomes.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
