Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Sauget, IL seeks a qualified Physical Therapist to join our growing team in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care, providing evidence-based therapies and clear progress notes.

You will collaborate with facility staff, educate patients and families about prognosis, and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, re-evaluating progress and updating goals as needed to maintain high standards of care.

• Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
