• Assist with standing and walking; lifting, transferring, and repositioning patients and equipment as needed.
• Administer manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, supportive devices, and wound care.
• Counsel patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders and recovery options.
• Generate discharge summaries that reflect services provided and comply with regulatory requirements.
