• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with patient transfers and mobility; manage wheelchair and assistive devices as needed.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, exercises, modalities).
• Provide counseling to patients and families regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries compliant with regulatory and clinical requirements.
