Beth Israel Lahey Health in Burlington, MA seeks a compassionate phlebotomist to draw pediatric, adult and geriatric patients, collect specimens, and prepare them for testing. Under supervision of Site Manager, you'll perform venipuncture, finger sticks, and basic testing while maintaining lab area and documentation.

This full-time, day-shift role requires a high school diploma, at least six months phlebotomy experience and BLS certification; flu vaccine is required.

• BLS certification through American Heart Association or willingness to obtain within one year.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient flow.
• Perform venipuncture and finger sticks; prepare specimens for testing.
• Perform dipstick urinalysis and collect urine samples.
• Handle routine testing and lab paperwork for billing.
• Label tubes and ensure proper sample handling for transport.
• Document laboratory results and communicate with providers.
