Job summary

Advantage Behavioral Health Network in Laurel Springs, NJ seeks a Peer Recovery Specialist to support clients in treatment, ensuring safety, sobriety, and transportation between facilities. You will transport clients, monitor behavior, administer urine tests, and contribute to treatment planning while maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Narcan training and CPI certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct the daily schedule of clients; attend all treatment and activities.
• Transport clients to treatment facility and back to residence using Victory Bay transport vehicle.
• Administer Urine Analysis and breathalyzer on scheduled days; communicate results to medical via email.
• Complete shift change reports and assist with intake paperwork as needed.
• Maintain security, keys, and professional boundaries; support group sessions and notes in KIPU.
