Collaborative Support Programs of NJ Inc. seeks a full-time Peer Recovery Specialist to support the Wellness Center operations under the Center Manager. You will engage members with a person-centered, recovery-focused approach and facilitate wellness activities while linking individuals to community resources.

Must have peer certification and at least 2 years of continuous recovery from SMI or SUD. A valid NJ driver’s license is required; bilingual skills are a plus and a HS diploma with 2+

• Requires lived experience with mental health/substance use issues.
• Must have Peer Certification or equivalent per listed options.
• 2+ years of recovery and experience in mental health settings are required.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day operations of the Wellness Center with the Center Manager and Mentors.
• Engage with members in a respectful, recovery-oriented manner.
• Plan and facilitate wellness, educational, recreational, and peer-support activities.
• Help members access community resources and build connections.
• Promote hope and empowerment through personal lived experience.
