Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is hiring full-time Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations. Earn $15.00 to $18.00 per hour plus commissions on transactions. You'll greet customers, process sales and loans, keep displays tidy, and handle cash with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused approach with ability to explain services.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, stocked selling floor and displays.
• Operate POS and handle cash and transactions per policy.
