Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store team. This role involves customer service, sales, and handling loans and other transactions in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will earn $14.00 to $17.00 per hour with an achievable commission structure and an Earned Wage Access program. The position requires flexibility and the ability to work at multiple locations and hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willing to work flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• HS Diploma or GED; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build rapport to offer financial solutions.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Answer calls per company standards.
• Explain pawn and buy transactions with legal clarity.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure positive customer experience.
• Complete assigned training successfully.
