Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and maintain organized displays. The role includes commission tied to productivity and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work in multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales and loan transactions.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and display merchandise.
• Handle cash and POS transactions according to policy.
• Communicate clearly with customers about pawn and sale processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
