Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and assist with general merchandise while supporting a positive customer experience.

The position offers an hourly wage of $14.00 to $18.00 with an unlimited commission on transactions (up to 8%). Earned Wage Access starts after day two.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and engages customers to provide financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Maintains clean and stocked sales floor and displays.
• Communicates effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Participates in training and team initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
