Cash America Pawn is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates to join our pawn store team nationwide. Earn $13.45–$15.95 per hour with a commission structure that pays for every transaction you process. You can earn up to 8% commission on transactions, potentially adding about $1 extra per hour on top of your base pay.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to perform duties for extended periods (standing, walking, etc.).
• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

• Maintains clean, stocked sales floor and displays.
• Handles cash and negotiables in line with policies.
• Operates POS system and processes transactions.
• Answers customer questions and resolves issues.
