Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associate at our pawn stores nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with jewelry and general merchandise.

Earn hourly pay of 10–14 USD plus commission up to 8% of transactions; benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid vacation, 401k, and employee discounts. Store hours typically 9am–6pm, with some locations closed Sundays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process sales and loans.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor.
• Handle cash and POS transactions.
• Provide accurate information on pawn and buy transactions.
