Cash America Pawn is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Earn an hourly wage of $14.00 to $17.00 with an achievable commission structure that pays on every transaction. The role involves handling sales and loans, engaging customers, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Willing to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
