Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare administration education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information and insurance details.
• Maintain accurate patient records and keep front office organized.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Handle front office tasks during downtime including phone coverage, scanning, payments.
• Assist in inventory and office supplies management.
