This full-time role processes inquiries, schedules appointments and ensures accurate patient data.) Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing front desk tasks, coordinating with clinical staff, and maintaining records while contributing to a welcoming clinic culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin education is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to stay professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details and documentation.
• Maintain patient records and keep front office organized and clean.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Assist in front office tasks such as answering calls, scanning, billing and filing.
• Liaise between patients, staff and departments; communicate clearly and professionally.
