You will support scheduling, insurance verification, and clerical duties while ensuring a welcoming, professional environment.

The role requires 2+ years as a medical receptionist and EMR experience, with in-person front desk responsibilities at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical receptionist.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with EMR systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients upon arrival.
• Direct patients to the appropriate physical therapist.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance information and patient identity.
• Collect co-payments and deductibles.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
• Provide accurate information in person, via phone, and by email.
• Maintain calendars and schedule meetings.
• Perform clerical duties including filing, copying, faxing, and transcribing.
