Responsibilities include scheduling, data entry, and balancing day-end deposits. Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills are essential for success in a busy medical office.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide appointment scheduling and patient registration.
• Interview patients to collect demographics and verify insurance.
• Assist clinical staff by obtaining patient paperwork as needed.
• Handle check-in/check-out and data entry accurately.
• Balance end-of-day deposits and collect co-pays as applicable.
