• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office or medical front desk environment.
• Experience as Medical Receptionist or Front Desk Coordinator in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification and medical billing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service to patients.
• Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Assist with insurance verification of benefits (VOB) and related administrative tasks.
• Support medical billing processes and maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and administrative staff.
• Maintain an organized front office and reception area.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring a positive patient experience.
