SERC Physical Therapy in Olathe, KS is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to support clinic growth through efficient front-office operations and patient intake. This full-time role collaborates with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth processes and a welcoming environment.

The PCC-I will verify insurance, schedule visits, collect payments, and maintain accurate documentation while delivering excellent customer service. Occasional evenings or events may be required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with little supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Greet patients and maintain a welcoming front desk.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Collect patient payments and deposits.
• Maintain an organized front office workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Monitor arrival rate and enhance patient experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently and handle non-clinical documentation.
• Attend required training and quarterly compliance sessions.
