Jovie in Anoka, MN (55303) is seeking dependable individuals for an on-call back-up nanny role. You will care for children in-home with no transport duties, engaging them in safe, age-appropriate activities and light cleanup as needed.

Position offers flexible scheduling around school and other commitments, shifts 7 am–7 pm on 3+ weekdays, paid training, and benefits such as sick time and potential bonuses. This is a W-2 employment opportunity with unemployment insurance.

As a Back-up Nanny, You Will

• Care for children in-home, but you will not be required to transport children
• No household duties other than common sense clean-up of your activities or meals with the child
• Support families who need care for children ranging from infants through toddlers. Highest demand for care for children under the age of 2!
• Engage children by providing safety and leading hands-on activities based on your observations of the children’s age-appropriate development

We Provide

• Pay: $18.50 per hour - $21.50 per hour per hour

About You

• At least 18 years old
• Experience working with children, paid or unpaid, infant experience mandatory
• Reliable transportation
• Your willingness and ability to travel to various homes throughout the area
• You are available any 3 or more weekdays for 6 - 8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
