Job summary

Promises Behavioral Health is seeking a Full-Time Behavioral Health Technician to support adults in a residential treatment setting in Dickson, OK. The role runs overnight shifts and includes supervision, documentation, and group activities under clinical guidance.

You will maintain a therapeutic milieu, observe client behaviors, complete vitals, and assist medical staff. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are preferred, with entry-level opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in addiction or mental health fields.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide around-the-clock supervision and maintain a therapeutic milieu in a residential setting.
• Monitor client locations and attendance of programming; observe and document behaviors.
• Complete medication observations, document vitals, and assist medical/nursing staff.
• Maintain high-quality documentation using appropriate forms in clinical language.
• Facilitate non-clinical group sessions within scope of practice.
