Job summary

Promises Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician for a residential facility to support adults with co-occurring diagnoses. You will monitor clients, assist the nursing team with medication observations, and maintain thorough treatment documentation.

The role is full-time, with night shifts on Mon/Thu/Fri/Sat, starting at 10 PM. Compensation includes $15.50/hour plus a $1.50 overnight differential, reflecting a stable overnight schedule within ARS family facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the addiction or mental health fields (preferred).
• High school diploma (or equivalent, preferred).
• Valid Driver's License, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to maintain a therapeutic milieu in a residential setting.
• Perform medication observations and assist medical/nursing staff.
• Document client information thoroughly in electronic medical records.
• Assist with daily activities, safety checks, and group/individual activities within scope.
