Promises Behavioral Health is seeking a Full-Time Behavioral Health Technician to join our residential treatment team in Houston. The role provides around-the-clock supervision, supports a therapeutic milieu, and assists with daily operations and client care as an entry-level position.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Behavioral Health Technician role in a residential facility.
• Ability to observe and document client behaviors and responses.
• Strong communication and teamwork with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 supervision and maintain a therapeutic milieu.
• Assist with transportation of clients and inventory management.
• Perform medication observations, document vitals, and support nursing staff.
• Maintain and organize client records using clinical language and EMR.
• Support non-clinical group sessions within scope of practice.
