Job summary

Anderson Communities is hiring an Exterior Technician for the Greater Lexington area. This full-time role focuses on outdoor grounds maintenance, power washing, debris removal, and keeping common areas clean.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a generous benefits package after 30 days. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation throughout work day required.
• Must be drug free and maintain a clean appearance.
• Must be felony free.

Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance and upkeep to maintain a clean environment and community.
• Power washing, brush removal, and debris cleanup in property areas.
• Check exterior lighting and pool, maintain a clean clubhouse.
• Notify maintenance technicians of any needed repairs.
