Job summary

TTI Group is seeking a Grounds Technician at our Anderson, SC campus to support a large-scale distribution-manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities include turf, plant, and hardscape maintenance, as well as seasonal renovations and weather-related cleanup. The role requires 1 year of groundskeeping experience and a valid SC driver’s license. Benefits include tuition assistance, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of groundskeeping or landscape experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Turf Maintenance- Mowing, Trimming, Edging.
• Plant Maintenance- Shrub Pruning, Tree Trimming, Seasonal Bed Maintenance.
• Hardscape Maintenance- Debris/Trash Removal from sidewalks, parking lots, and roadways.
