Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Removes trash and items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready, transfers trash to dumpster or storage area, and cleans storage areas.
• Completes assigned minor and routine service requests and assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
• Changes all locks and ensures gates to pool areas meet safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents as necessary.
• Informs supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations.
• Provides customer service to residents, answering questions and handling complaints calmly.
