Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is hiring Resident Assistants in Detroit Lakes, MN. Whether you have caregiving experience or are just starting out, you’ll provide compassionate daily assistance in a home-like setting.

Responsibilities include toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility support (including mechanical lifts), medication administration, and end-of-life care. Benefits include PTO, health/dental insurance, 401(k), and CNA certification reimbursement.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background Study
• Able to perform tasks while providing a supportive, dignified environment for our aging population to thrive
• All applicants must be 18 or older; under 18 may be considered only if they hold a valid CNA license and regulations allow.
