Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care – Detroit Lakes, MN is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support our residents with daily activities and personal care. The role emphasizes dignity, comfort, and compassionate interactions in a home-like setting.

Responsibilities include toileting, bathing, grooming, feeding assistance, mobility support, and medication administration. Day shifts with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older to be eligible for consideration.
• Under 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid CNA license.
