Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking an Evening Resident Assistant to support our residents with dignity, comfort, and joy in a compassionate team environment.

The role focuses on caregiving duties, safety, and respectful support during night shifts, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow in memory care and person-centered care at our Duluth location.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older; CNA license may qualify for under-18 exception where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing support for residents.
• Dressing and grooming assistance.
• Feeding assistance.
• Manage dementia-related behaviors with compassionate care.
• Transfer and mobility support (including mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments as directed.
• End of life care when needed.
• Meal preparation and kitchen duties.
• Engage residents in activities and daily housekeeping/laundry.
• Work schedule: 8 days on, 6 days off with flexible shifts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming

What You Bring

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM, with rotating weekends.
• Wages: Up to $22/hour based on experience, includes shift differential
