Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Duluth, MN is seeking an Evening Resident Assistant (RA) for part-time shifts. The role involves supportive care for residents, including activities of daily living, mobility assistance, and basic healthcare tasks in a home-like setting.

You will join a team dedicated to person-centered care and meaningful connections with residents. Training is provided; flexibility is offered with shifts and scheduling, and pay begins at a competitive hourly rate

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Able to perform caregiving tasks with empathy and dignity for seniors.
• Open to learning and following facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming support.
• Feeding assistance.
• Manage dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility support (including mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
• End of life care.

What You Bring

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: Flexible shifts, including6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, with rotating weekends.
• Wages: Up to $19.50/hour based on experience, includes shift differential. Wages are higher if you are a CNA.
