Qualifications

• A Doctor of Optometry licensed in the state of practice, in good standing.
• Ability to lead by example, collaborate with teams, and deliver exceptional patient care.
• Business-minded approach with drive to deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to adopt and apply new vision tech and digital tools.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and state CE requirements.
• Not excluded from government or commercial health programs per LEIE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations per standards of care.
• Partner with store team to enhance patient experience and grow the exam business.
• Prescribe eyewear/contacts and educate patients on options; diagnose refractive/ocular conditions.
• Coach team on eye care knowledge to support patients throughout their journey.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with licensure and CE requirements.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and stay updated on technology to improve care.
