Warby Parker seeks a dedicated Full-Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent optometry practice. You’ll perform comprehensive eye exams, work with the store team to grow the eye exam business, and educate patients on eyewear and eye health options.

You’ll maintain accurate records, stay licensed, and participate in ongoing education; compensation includes base pay plus variable components, with benefits described in the post.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry licensed in the state where you practice.
• Must be in good standing.
• Experience with EMR tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations.
• Partner with the store team to create an exceptional patient experience and grow the eye exam business.
• Prescribe eyewear, contacts, and eye health solutions tailored to each patient.
• Educate patients on options and coach team to support patients throughout their journey.
• Maintain accurate medical records compliant with regulatory standards.
