Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and patient history to determine therapy needs.
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment and discharge plans.
• Administer medically prescribed OT treatments and modify goals as needed.
• Instruct patients and families to continue care at home.
• Coordinate care with the treatment team and supervise students.
