Applicants should hold a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and OH licensure; BLS certification within 30 days of hire is required. Join a patient-focused team in a 60-bed inpatient rehab setting.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient's ability to perform occupational skills and plan care.
• Implement treatment plans using appropriate modalities.
• Document progress with subjective and objective findings.
• Monitor and modify plan; seek consultation when needed.
• Educate patient and family/caregiver about deficits.
• Plan/discharge from therapy services and advise on adaptive equipment.
• Supervise OT assistants and technicians per laws and standards.
