Grand Canyon University in Miramar, FL is seeking a full-time Lab/Clinical Nursing Faculty for OB/Women's Health/Labor and Delivery. You will reinforce didactic content in clinical and lab settings and collaborate with faculty to evaluate students.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN and an active FL RN license (or compact state); teaching experience is preferred and travel to clinical sites may be required. Strong communication and adherence to accreditation standards are essential.

Qualifications

• MSN required for the role.
• Active RN in FL or compact state.
• Collegiate teaching experience preferred.
• Involvement in professional activities (memberships, presentations, research).
• Excellent communication and ability to work with students and preceptors.

Responsibilities

• Reinforces didactic content and teaches in clinical and lab settings.
• Collaborates with content-area faculty for evaluation and documentation of student progress.
• Participates in grading written exams and Clinical/Lab performance check-offs.
• Maintains communication with program faculty and director, attends select faculty meetings.
• Stays current with trends in nursing practice and supports accreditation requirements.
• Travels to student clinical sites to observe performance.
