Job summary

PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/FNP/AGNP) to provide psychiatric care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings across Hanover, Gettysburg, Waynesboro, and Dallastown, PA. Flexible schedule with 32 hours per week, Monday–Friday day shifts, no nights or weekends.

You will work autonomously with clinical and administrative support, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to seniors with complex mental health needs.

Qualifications

• State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (MD, DC, VA, or PA).
• Active DEA license required.
• Mon–Fri availability during normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management.
• Coordinate care with facility teams (Administrator, Director of Nursing, Social Services).
• Adhere to state and federal clinical guidelines and PGS protocols.

Requirements
