Job summary

PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate psychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. This role offers autonomy with strong clinical and administrative support and a commitment to a true work-life balance.

• State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (MD, DC, VA, or PA required)
• Active DEA license
• Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds
