Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license or valid multistate license.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop/revise an individualized care plan.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to implement care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Serve as a preceptor or unit resource as needed.
