Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living assistance including nutrition, hydration, hygiene and mobility.
• Takes and reports vital signs to the RN.
• Assists with basic care such as bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Performs clerical tasks and routes patient reports to maintain unit flow.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the RN or supervisor.
