Job summary

Adventist Health White Memorial in Los Angeles seeks a Night Shift Technician for centralized telemetry monitoring. You will read ECGs, interpret rhythms, relay findings to nursing staff, and support admissions and charting while maintaining patient safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/BLS certification, and HLFS. An associate/technical degree is preferred, and you will join a team dedicated to compassionate, round-the-clock care.

Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination is preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification is required per AH policy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ECG continuously and interpret rhythms; report significant changes to nursing staff.
• Support unit monitoring and order entry for physicians and staff.
• Monitor EMR throughout the day and address nursing concerns as needed.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes and chart documentation readiness.
• Maintain Central EKG Telemetry Monitoring system for Direct Observation Unit.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
