Job summary

Adventist Health Glendale is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide personal care and support under the supervision of an RN. You will assist with activities of daily living and report patient status promptly.

You will perform routine tasks, take vital signs, and help maintain unit efficiency, with a focus on compassionate patient care in a Magnet-designated facility. Full-time day and night options are available in Glendale, CA.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required as part of nursing support.
• BLS certification required by Adventist Health policy.
• Experience with vitals, ADLs and basic patient care encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living for patients under RN supervision.
• Takes vital signs and reports status to RN promptly.
• Assists with nutrition, hydration, hygiene, dressing and mobility.
• Completes routine clerical duties and routing patient reports.
