Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks related to activities of daily living (nutrition, hydration, elimination, personal care, positioning, restraints, restorative care).
• Takes vital signs including pulse and blood pressure.
• Assists with bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Performs clerical duties and reports patient status to RN, using prioritization to meet deadlines.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
