Job summary

Monterey Park Hospital is seeking a Telemetry Certified Nursing Assistant/Nursing Assistant for a per diem, 12-hour night shift in the Telemetry Unit. The role reports to the Director of Critical Care Services and focuses on delivering individualized nursing care with attention to age, development, and cultural needs.

Responsibilities include taking direction from RNs and LVNs, ensuring safety and quality, and contributing to positive patient outcomes in a high-acuity environment.

Qualifications

• Telemetry CNA/NA experience preferred for acute telemetry care.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• BLS from American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic nursing care to telemetry patients.
• Receive assignments from Charge RN and follow directions from RN/LVN.
• Contribute to safe, high-quality patient outcomes on the floor.
