Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a Floor Tech for the 3rd shift (10 PM–7 AM) in Savannah, GA. The role involves cleaning all floor areas to reflect high standards of custodial service. Expect 40 hours per week, with holidays and weekends required.

Pay rate is $17 per hour, with safety PPE and proper uniform required. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience. Valid driver’s license and ability to work nights are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to communicate and understand English.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner to reflect the highest integrity of the Company.
• Reports to work on time and dressed in company uniform, badge, and safety shoes.
• Identifies and reports safety hazards to supervisor.
• Follows safety procedures including PPE and bio-waste handling.
• Works nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Keeps custodial closets locked and keys signed in/out.
• Keeps hallways and pathways clear of hazards.
• Performs routine floor cleaning, mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, and finishing.
• Assists with carpet care, vacuuming, and debris removal.
• Maintains floors in good condition and ensures equipment is clean and functional.
