Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by law; drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors and property staff.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings and parking areas; report hazards.
• Monitor access points and observe activity; report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow post orders; contact emergency services when needed.
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports; communicate information during shifts.
