Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a Resident Care Aide for full-time, third shift (11p-7a). The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable and patient, with a heart for helping seniors feel at home.

You will provide hands-on support with daily activities and build meaningful relationships with residents, while adhering to state regulations and company policies. High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old; prior senior care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Compassion and empathy for residents.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate with care staff.
• Able to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Strong communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist in dining room.
• Observe, document and report changes to Resident Care Coordinator.
• Respond to resident emergency call system promptly.
• Maintain care documentation per state regulations and Navion policies.
• Transport residents as needed.
• Communicate politely and professionally with residents and family members.
