Navion Senior Solutions in New Bern, NC is seeking a Resident Care Aide who is caring, dependable, and passionate about helping seniors feel at home. You will provide hands-on support with daily activities while building meaningful relationships with residents.

This full-time, first-shift role requires compassionate care, reliability, and teamwork to deliver high-quality resident experiences in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Must be patient and have a big heart for helping seniors.
• Ability to work in a team and provide respectful care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, mobility and incontinence care.
• Prepare residents for meals, snacks and activities.
• Assist in dining room duties, including serving meals and clearing tables.
• Respond to resident emergency call system.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the Resident Care Coordinator.
• Communicate with residents and families in a polite, professional manner.
• Maintain care documentation per state regulations and Navion policies.
• Transport residents as required.
